Experience gentle movement and stretching, breathing exercises and guided meditation. Everyone is welcome. Come as you are, street or work clothes are fine. Join in for the whole hour or for a few minutes, the atmosphere is very casual. Bring your own mat or we’ve got some beautiful bright YELLOW ones you can use.
